Social Producer
The Opportunity
Tiny Hero creates entertainment marketing built for modern audiences — social-native, strategically sharp, and designed to cut through noise.
We’re hiring a Social Producer to drive digital campaigns from concept through delivery. This role is equal parts creative partner, operational leader, and client steward. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of social campaigns while guiding internal teams and ensuring every deliverable lands on time, on budget, and on brief.
You don’t just track projects — you create and steer them.
The Role
- Own social-first campaigns from kickoff to delivery, overseeing social campaigns, paid and organic assets, and platform-specific builds.
- Drive timelines, resources, budgets, and creative execution — ensuring projects land on time, on brief, and on target.
- Creatively come up with forward-thinking digital concepts and ideas, including spots, experiential, creative content, and more. Ideate social-forward copy and search for trending sounds and for library music.
- Translate ideation & strategy into clear production plans in partnership with Creative Directors, editors, and designers. Create pitch decks that reflect the creative campaign we envision together.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping teams aligned and momentum high.
- Oversee asset routing, versioning, QC, approvals, and final delivery — ensuring all specs, formats, captions, and platform requirements are accurate.
- Manage client communication with confidence, managing feedback efficiently while protecting both the creative and the schedule.
- Monitor scope, making smart production decisions that balance ambition with efficiency.
- Exercise strong creative judgment, knowing when to push forward, refine, or escalate.
- Maintain organized, transparent tracking systems so nothing slips and no one is unclear on next steps
Ideal Background
- 4+ years of experience producing digital or social content, ideally within entertainment marketing or post-production at an agency.
- Deep familiarity with social ecosystems and trends including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of how creative adapts across placements, runtimes, and media strategies
- Experience managing simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing detail.
- Confidence leading cross-functional teams and high-level client conversations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving priorities.
- Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in how audiences discover and engage with Film & TV content across digital platforms.
- Comfort working in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and FileMaker a plus
