Sr. Creative Associate Producer

Tiny Hero is looking for a Sr. Creative Associate Producer.

You already know how trailers get made. You’ve gotten the notes. You’ve tracked the versions. You’ve felt the pressure and now you’re ready to have more weight in the room.

This role is built for someone who can already coordinate a project but wants to deepen their creative voice and strategic impact.

You’ll work side-by-side with Creative Directors to shape theatrical, streaming, broadcast, and digital campaigns.  You’re looped into all key comms and ready to jump in when questions pop up from clients, editors, or designers. 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Contributing to campaign direction from first brainstorm to final delivery
• Helping drive projects across editorial, motion graphics, music, finishing, and delivery
• Translating client feedback into clear, decisive direction
• Keeping timelines tight and momentum strong across multiple campaigns
• Spotting issues before they become problems

Who This Is For

• 3 years in entertainment marketing.  Agency experience ideal.
• Experience working on theatrical, streaming, broadcast, or digital campaigns
• Strong taste and sharper instincts
• Calm under pressure
• Highly organized without being rigid
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback
• Someone who genuinely cares about story and craft and the team that create it.
