Associate Producer

We’re looking for an Associate Producer who thrives in creative, loves a deadline, and knows how to keep creative moving at internet speed. You’ll be the connective tissue between producers, editors, designers, and clients: making sure projects don’t stall, wires don’t get crossed, and nothing slips through the cracks. When things get busy, you’re the steady hand keeping the machine running.

As you grow, you’ll take on your own social campaigns — owning them from kickoff to delivery.

What You’ll Do

Contribute Creatively
Creatively work on trailers, TV, digital and everything in between. Jump into concepting brainstorms for digital/social pitch deck creation. Bring ideas to the table.  Ideate copy and search for music. Marketing moves fast and is transforming rapidly — we want people who think fast and fresh too.

Keep Projects Moving
Action notes. Route feedback. Order graphics. Schedule calls. Post cuts. Keep deadlines visible and realistic. Make sure nothing is stalling. Communicate actively and clearly to keep editorial, graphics, finishing, and creative aligned within the overall vision and timeline.

Own the Details
Track assets. Monitor versions. Manage naming conventions. Stay on top of specs, captions, subtitles, approvals, and final delivery requirements.

Resource Like a Pro
Coordinate editors and designers so everyone knows:

• What they’re working on

• When it’s due

• What success looks like

Keep the Systems Clean
Maintain project trackers so producers and Creative Directors always have a real-time snapshot of where things stand.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years in a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer role within trailers, TV, digital, social, or post-production, preferably at an agency.

• Understand short- and mid-form digital video — social, trends, sounds, teasers, platform-specific versions, and new/evolving technologies.

• Are fluent in the social landscape: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook — and whatever platform launches next week.

• Can ideate social-forward copy and search for trending music from TikTok sounds to music libraries.

• Know the post workflow: briefs → asset trafficking → versioning → QC → approvals → delivery.

• Can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping one.

• Are obsessive (in a good way) about organization, timelines, and asset tracking.

• Love being part of a collaborative team.

• Understand aspect ratios, runtimes, placements (feed vs. stories vs. reels vs. shorts), and paid vs. organic nuances.

• Care about Film & TV marketing and how audiences discover and engage with content online.

• Stay calm when timelines tighten and feedback changes at the eleventh hour.

• Sweat the details — specs, file versions, captions, naming conventions.

• Can take a creative brief and turn it into a clear, executable production plan.

• Are comfortable working in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and FileMaker a plus

This is a full-time role. We work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional work for our clients. Candidates must be able to commute to the office located in Burbank, CA.
