Creative & Operations Coordinator
Tiny Hero is looking for someone early in their career who’s already survived a real creative environment — and wants more.
This role sits in the middle of the action. You’ll support creative workflows, keep operations tight, help elevate our brand presence, and make sure the agency runs sharp when things move fast (which is always).
You won’t be “the office person.” You’ll be the connective tissue.
Who We Are:
We’re a leading entertainment advertising agency based in LA, producing trailers, TV spots, and social campaigns for some of the biggest studios in the business, such as Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros., and more.
What you’ll touch:
- Supporting day-to-day creative + operational coordination
- Owning and maintaining a forward-looking agency calendar
- Coordinating social releases + website updates
- Helping ideate brand moments (internal + external)
- Organizing thoughtful client dinners, activities, and gifting
- Supporting our internship pipeline + junior mentorship
- Streamlining internal logistics (yes, including food — people need fuel)
- Anticipating friction before it becomes a problem
You should have:
- Heavy experience in an advertising agency, entertainment company, or similarly fast-paced creative environment
- Strong organizational instincts
- Comfort around creatives and leadership
- Class
- Initiative
Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Burbank, CA
