Sr. Creative Associate Producer

Full-Time

Tiny Hero is looking for a Sr. Creative Associate Producer who already has a creative point of view and is eager to expand their voice and impact across campaigns.

You’ll partner closely with Creative Directors on theatrical and streaming trailers & campaigns, TV spots, creative content, social, and everything in between. This role sits at the center of the process: forming creative strategy, guiding execution, running key comms between clients, editors and designers, and ensuring the work is delivered at the highest level from kickoff to final export. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Contributing to campaign direction from first brainstorm to final delivery

• Helping drive projects across editorial, motion graphics, music, finishing, and delivery

• Translating client feedback into clear, decisive direction

• Keeping timelines tight and momentum strong across multiple campaigns

• Anticipating needs alongside spotting issues before they become problems

Who This Is For

• 4 years in entertainment marketing.  Agency experience ideal.

• 2+ years of writing and producing creative assets from scratch. Must share portfolio of produced work

• Experience working on theatrical, streaming, or digital campaigns

• Strong taste and sharper instincts when it comes to copywriting, editorial & design

• Calm under pressure

• Detail-obsessed organization with the ability to manage competing deadlines

• Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback

• Someone who genuinely cares about telling unique stories, the craft to do so, and the team that brings it all together

• Comfort working in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
